Yvonne grew up in rural Somerset and escaped when she studied for her LLB (Hons) degree at Cardiff University.

After graduating she felt the need to broaden her horizons and became interested in social work. She obtained a professional qualification and higher degree in social work at Southampton University and worked in this field for several years in the Greater Manchester area.

However there was a calling back to the law which led to her joining Berry & Berry in 2003 and then being admitted as a solicitor in 2005. From an early stage she specialised in Family law and since qualification has advised and represented all sorts of clients on the whole gamut of Family law issues.

By way of relaxation Yvonne enjoys art, cooking, eating and sampling wine. In addition she has an interest in history and has a slight obsession with watching old films, particularly Hitchcock and Ealing comedies.
